Listed below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions that we have within our site. Used in conjunction with the Midas Tire Center User Guide, most questions should be covered. If not, please contact the helpdesk at 800-493-4142 or midascustomerservice@tbccorp.com.

  1. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Click the reset password link on the login page. After you provide your username and the answers to your security questions, you will be allowed to change your password. If you do not remember your username or the answers to your security questions, then contact the helpdesk at 800-493-4142 or midascustomerservice@tbccorp.com

  2. I forgot my username and password. How do I get access to Midas Tire Center?

    If you have forgotten both your username and password, then you will need to contact the helpdesk at 800-493-4142 or midascustomerservice@tbccorp.com.

  3. I am interested in becoming a customer of Midas Tire Center and would like to make purchases online. How can I get started?

    Call our customer service team at 855.279.9507 to review store settings and create a primary user account. The primary user account can be used to create and manage additional accounts for your location.

  4. I am an existing Midas Tire Center customer, and would like to start ordering online. How do I get started?

    Visit us at www.midastirecenter.com and log in with your new account. Click on the “Preferences” link to review and configure site settings, create and manage additional accounts, and change your account password.

  5. How can I quickly search for tires?

    After logging in to Midas Tire Center, you can search for Tires via the Quick Search Size or Quick Search Part# section on the right hand side of your screen. If you need a more advanced search, click on the Tires tab at the top of the screen, which will take you to the Advanced Tire Search screen.

  6. How can I quickly search for tubes?

    After logging in to Midas Tire Center, you can search for Tubes via the Quick Search Size or Quick Search Part# section on the right hand side of your screen. If you need a more advanced search, click on the Tubes tab at the top of the screen, which will take you to the Advanced Tubes Search screen.

  7. How can I quickly search for accessories?

    After logging in to Midas Tire Center, you can search for Accessories via the Quick Search Part # section on the right hand side of your screen. If you need a more advanced search, click on the Accessories tab at the top of the screen, which will take you to the Advanced Accessories Search screen.

  8. How can I search through my order history?

    After logging in to Midas Tire Center, you can quickly search your Order History by clicking on the Order History tab at the top of the screen. Here you can search by Document Number or Date Range, and view the PDF version of your invoice.

  9. Why do I keep getting an error message when I try to commit my order?

    This typically occurs when your account is missing information that is needed to complete your order. The most common missing information is tax information. Please contact the helpdesk at 800-493-4142 or midascustomerservice@tbccorp.com if this problem occurs so that we can check your account setup.

  10. How do I save my password?

    When entering your password the first time on this site your browser will prompt you to remember your username and password. Select "Yes" to enable this.
